Territory Managers establishes sales strategies and achieves sales goals relative to those accounts through direct contact and product demonstration. This job requires broad knowledge of the company’s products, services, policies relative to customers and knowledge of distributor and contractor business model.

*Monitor team performance and address potential issues which arise
*Maintain and expand customer base through innovative methods
*Develop sales strategies to increase revenue

To perform routine maintenance duties including: All processing related machinery, and supporting areas. Trouble shoots and repairs of electrical, pneumatic systems. Die changes and machine installations. Rough carpentry, painting, and basic equipment or facility repairs. All carpentry, electrical work, or simple plumbing repairs are performed under supervision by qualified personnel.
