Crew Members (Estimated Wage: $7-$11/Hour)
Dunkin’ Donuts crew members perform a multitude of tasks. Crew members may perform food production duties or serve customers at the cash register. Dunkin’ Donuts crew members must also ensure operations excellence by adhering to the systems and standards of the store. Some operations duties include maintaining clean and organized workstation and ensuring a clean guest area. Crew members work in a team environment and must possess the ability to communicate effectively with managers and coworkers. Experienced crew members may also need to train or support training of new-hire crew members. Dunkin’ Donuts regularly hires crew member job hopefuls with guest focus, passion for results, and problem solving abilities.
Shift Leader (Estimated Wage: $8-$12/Hour)
A Shift Leader has the same responsibilities of the Assistant Store Manager, but requiring less experience. They perform duties in accordance with prescribed policies and procedures. They ensure compliance with standards for customer relations, brand equity, food costs, safety, sanitation, and product preparation and merchandising. They will manage the business unit during low or high volume periods, opening and closing hours, etc. The Shift Leader assumes overall responsibility for the operation of the business unit in Store Manager or Assistant Manager’s absence.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Assistant Restaurant Manager (Estimated Wage: $8-$14/Hour)
Responsible for directing the daily operations of a single store. Operates in accordance with prescribed policies and practices. Ensures compliance with standards for customer relations, food costs, safety, sanitation, and product preparation and merchandising. May participate in image-building activities within local community. As highest management position within unit, is accountable for the unit and its operations at all times whether physically present or not.
