Crew members also help operate the point-of-sale terminals, keep the theater clean, work the concession stand, and assist with other functions as instructed by the General Manager.

AMC crew members must exhibit excellent guest service skills, present a calm demeanor, have good verbal communication skills, have good math and cash handling skills, and be comfortable communicating with guests, peers, and supervisors. 

To work as a crew member at AMC, you must be at least 14 years old.

Busser (Hourly)

Busser positions are available at AMC locations that feature a dine-in theater. Bussers are responsible for assisting the food and beverage team in making sure that every single guest enjoys their experience. 

Bussers clear, clean, reset tables and assist wait staff, and they also restock food service supplies while constantly maintaining a clean and safe environment in the auditoriums, lounge and bar.  They also help with ticket taking duties when needed and perform exit greetings at the end of each film.

Dishwasher positions are available at AMC locations that feature a dine-in theater. Dishwashers maintain clean and sanitary conditions of all cooking utensils, flatware, china, and stemware. In addition, they maintain a clean and safe environment in all back-of-house areas. 

To work as a dishwasher for AMC you must be at least 14 years old.
