Stockroom Associate (Hourly)

A Stockroom Associate at H&M is responsible for keeping the stockroom organized and ensuring a sense of urgency that all merchandise is placed on the sales floor in a timely and efficient manner, including call-off, new production, accessories, sale, and back stock.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Provides customer service throughout the store and works on the sales floor including the fitting room and cash point when the stockroom responsibilities are completed
  • Unloads delivery truck, receives, opens, and unpacks merchandise, and labels merchandise with security tags per H&M standards
  • Ensures the Bill of Lading and store transfer paperwork are completed correctly and in its entirety
  • Responsible for stocking and replenishing all merchandise to the sales floor

Department Supervisor  (Hourly)

A department supervisor at H&M helps to oversee customer service and floor coverage, driving sales, merchandise presentation, and operational functions within the store, including opening and closing the store. This is done all in accordance to H&M guidelines.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Maintain the high quality of H&M customer service by providing the best shopping experience for each customer and role modeling the 5 basic demands
  • Ensure that all merchandise is properly received and placed on the floor in a timely manner and according to merchandise guidelines

  • Act as a management witness, on behalf of H&M, in employee discussions as needed
  • Perform all store routines, including the opening and closing of the store; follows all company practices and procedures; work with timekeeping and scheduling system and controls and completes reductions
  • Maximize sales through commercial focus and take action to obtain highest level of profitability for the store
  • Actively use sales information to make business decisions regarding merchandising
  • Approve timesheets on a daily basis in the timekeeping system

How Much Does H&M Pay Part-Time Workers?
